Order Statuses

Order status represents its state and is displayed in the storefront, so that customers can track their purchases. LiveCart uses a bit different approach to statuses, so here it is:

  • The order status in the Info tab is regarded as the main status.
  • As there can be multiple shipments in the order, they also have their own statuses.
  • If you change the main status - all of the shipments instantly have the same status (except for shipped shipments). This also works vice versa. For example, if you set all your shipments to "Awaiting shipment", the order status will be also "Awaiting shipment".
  • In case you have multiple shipments and they all have different statuses, then the main status will be "Processing".

The list of statuses:

  • New
  • Processing
  • Awaiting shipment
  • Shipped
  • Returned
  • Canceled
