Orders

All the transactions made in your e-store are considered as orders, which are placed directly by customers in the storefront or by administrators in the back-end (phone or mail orders, etc.).

View and sort orders

When you access the "Orders" section, all orders are displayed. You can select one of the order groups by clicking it in the group tree.

Sorting Orders

By default, the newest orders are displayed first. To sort orders, click the area next to appropriate attribute.

Arrow up indicates ascending order.

You can also change columns displaying order details:

  1. Click the "Columns" link in the bottom right corner.
  2. Add or remove attributes using the checkboxes on the left.
  3. Click the "Change columns" button.

You can quickly manage your orders using multiple edit tool.

To manage multiple orders:

  1. Select orders by marking a checkbox on the left.
  2. Choose an action from the list to apply.
  3. Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

To edit a single order, click on the "Order ID" link.

Find orders

You can search for orders using attribute fields.

  1. Select orders group in the group tree.
  2. Click an attribute to activate its field.
  3. Supply search criteria and press enter.

Results that match your criteria appear below.

You can also changes attributes that are displayed in the orders table. (Show me how.)
