All the transactions made in your e-store are considered as orders, which are placed directly by customers in the storefront or by administrators in the back-end (phone or mail orders, etc.).
When you access the "Orders" section, all orders are displayed. You can select one of the order groups by clicking it in the group tree.
By default, the newest orders are displayed first. To sort orders, click the area next to appropriate attribute.
Arrow up indicates ascending order.
