Images

Images are used to represent category contents. LiveCart allows you to have unlimited number of images for each category. There are two types of images:

• Main image - the image which is displayed in the storefront.
• Supplemental images - additional category images.

Add new image

To add an image for a category:

1. Select a category in the category tree and click on the "Images" tab.

2. Click the "Add new image" link and browse an image on your hard disk drive.
3. Image title is optional.
4. Click the "Add image" button to save an image.

Note: Though by default upload size limit is 2MB, this can be changed by modifying your server settings. Please refer to your hosting company for more information.

Change the main image

To change the main image:

• Hover the mouse cursor over an image, drag an image to the very top and drop it there.

Edit or delete images

To edit an image, click the pen icon on the left.

You can manage image as in the "Add new image" section above.

To delete an image, click the delete icon.

Zoom to preview images

You can preview enlarged images if necessary. To do that, click the thumbnail image a few times.
